We're changing some default settings (nowrap, nonewlines, smooth), yes,
but those are what most regular nano users use anyway, so for them there
is no change.  That we add some other options (--break, --empty, --jumpy)
does not affect them either, because they are unlikely to use them.  But
if we decouple --fill from --breaklonglines...  I think that this change
will unpleasantly surprise the largest amount of people, because I guess
that most users have 'set nowrap' in their nanorc and simply use --fill=xx
when they want to write a piece of text with automatic hard-wrapping.

But we'll see.  The decoupling will happen.
