The kicker I have is for manpages outside the stock distribution's directory
tree.
.../foo/man/ seems to be the standard. What I'm concerned about is how the
various UNIXen translate $PATH into $MANPATH. $PATH/../man for each element in
$PATH seems to be the standard.
