Update of bug #55472 (project octave):
Status: None => Works For Me
_______________________________________________________
Follow-up Comment #1:
This seems to work for me. I used the following code
hf = figure;
## Move figure to the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
get (hf, "outerposition")
ans =
-2 600 560 481
The -2 is just an oddity caused by my KDE snapping. It is basically 0 which
is correct for being on the left-hand edge. The y-distance is 600 from the
bottom, which according to your interpretation, would be 0 if the toolkit was
measuring from the upper left-hand corner.
