Follow-up Comment #1:

Thank you. I think this is rather a duplicate of bug #53860. The Octave
function documentation that is hosted on the Octave Forge web site is out of
date, it still refers to a version of 4.2.

After the documentation is successfully rebuilt using a current version of the
generate_html package and uploaded to the Octave Forge web site, it will have
the correct link to the hosted doxygen docs in it.
