                  Status:               Need Info => Works For Me

Follow-up Comment #3:

Marking as "Works for Me" according to testing by Philip.

Besides the BLAS library, it would be useful to know the original reporter's
version of Windows, whether 32-bit or 64-bit indexing in Octave was
configured, and whether full() made a difference.
