I tried to update Octave on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS like described in here
https://wiki.octave.org/Octave_for_Debian_systems. But running the 'sudo
apt-add-repository ppa:octave/stable' command gives the following error:

E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/octave/stable/ubuntu jammy
Release' does not have a Release file.
