Follow-up Comment #7, bug #64595 (project octave):

I'll look at a patch if submitted - please provide as a git patch, rather than
as a tarball of changes files.
 
I would imagine that as part of the generation, it will need to provide some
kind of documentation so users can get information of function usage rather
than just a see netcf_XXXXX
