Follow-up Comment #5, bug#65134 (group octave):

should be easy enough to catch. I haven't tried the proposed comment #0 check,
but the only thing that might be different from other input checks is that
only in the case of 2d meshgrid expansion, the vectors don't need to be the
same length. in all other cases they do. so will need reconcile with other
checks.  I'll look at making a patch.
