There is, at savannah.gnu.org, but I'm not using it right now.

You can send diff patches and I'll apply them manually if I aproved.

Unfortunately I'm not paying any atention to the current Palito version,
so you better wait for the new version to came out.

Yep, there were some problems with the makefile, but again, I won't mess
with them now. You can help me test the new Makefile instead (wich I know
is not perfect also).
