 Aargh! For the past few weeks, palito.9hells.org has only sometimes
been reachable from here. This last week, it's been fine... but now
I can't reach it again! Tried several times tonight.

 Trying traceroute produced

 Which seems to suggest there's some sort of blockage at ufrj.br, I
don't know if that's associated with 9hells.org, or is just in the
route to it from here. Or maybe 9hells.org itself is having problems,
but I expect you guys would know if that was the case.

 Hopefully it'll be reachable again soon. *sigh*
