[Pgubook-readers] Re: chapter 6: functions

OK, sorry, I had a pretty bad flu last week and just couldn't see what
was right in front of me all the time. I think I was thrown by the
 .include "linux.s"
 .include "record-def.s"
at the beggining of each function, which had me thinking that they were
both in different files. I assume that this is written twice just for
good form. Or is it actually needed the second time?
