[Pgubook-readers] Chapter 6: write-records

I'm having a problem with the write-records program.

It compiles OK; but when I run it, I get a 'segmentation fault' error.  The 
'test.dat' file has been created, but has a 0k length.  I suspect the 
problem is in the 'write-record' function, but haven't been able to locate 
it, yet.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
