Summary:  Level editing docs not mentioned in the editor help screen

Original Submission:  We have a level editing howto, but that is a outdated, it 
should get updated, placed prominently on the webpage and in the binary 
tarball. The location of the tutorial should be mentioned in the editor.

FIXME: Is it possible to savely launch a webbrowser from within Pingus? That 
would allow us to simply place a button for the tutorial.
