=================== BUG #748: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=748&group_id=2184
Submitted by: None Project: Pingus
Submitted on: 2002-Jun-25 07:58
Category: Level Editor Severity: 5 - Major
Bug Group: Incorrect Behaviour Resolution: None
Assigned to: None Status: Open
Release: None Platform Version: None
Summary: PLF/XML confusion
Original Submission: The level editor currently has still support for both
.plf and .xml level loading and saving. Since .plf saving is considered
obsolete it should get removed before the next release or at least disabled, so
that its no longer reachable from the user-interface. Messages about .plf/.xml
should also be removed and .xml should become the default format, while .plf
should be handled silently, without bothering the user.
The level save 'dialog' should contain a message about the filename convention
(aka: $topic$number-$author.xml).
