Summary:  lava animation doesn't look really animated

Original Submission:  The current lava-liquid animation looks quite ugly and 
should be redone. Same goes for quite a few other water effects. If somebody 
could generate a smooth black&white water template that I could then paint-out, 
that would be quite helpfull.
