Summary:  CL_Vector mess

Original Submission:  CL_Vector is currently a bit overused, it is used in 
situations where a 2d vector would be enough and it is used in situations where 
one needs only an int not a float, passing CL_Vector around, splitting it into 
x,y components for some drawing commands, etc. is also a bit ugly. Cleanup 
would be needed here.
