Summary:  Fallers fall to fast

Original Submission:  If the game runs at full speed faller simply fall to 
fast, they also accelerate far to quickly, so its nearly impossible to catch 
them without going into pause mode. This should be fixed by makeing them 
accelerate slower and having a lower terminal velocity. One has to be carefull 
however to not break the deadly-fall-distance, see data/levels/test/faller.xml 
for a test level
