I didn't write that page, but it clearly draws from (and cites) a lot
of material that I did write.

Hmm? The output window should support saving as .spv now. If it
doesn't (I am sure that there are bugs), then I'd like to hear about
it, and fix it.

I'm in favor of anything that works in this case.
