Release 2.0.0 - Debian / Windows / MacOS

Hi folks,

i made a new debian pspp 2.0.0-3 release and it seems to build now:

There are some problems with the regression for tests using the interactive 
mode on
s390x, powerpc and ppc64 architectures:

I disabled test 1564 and 1602 on debian and then the build seems to
pass on all platforms. I made a new debian spread-sheet-widget 0.10-3 release.

I also copied the windows installer from the CI builder to a new stable release
directory and updated the webpage such that the new stable 2.0.0 release is 
found there.

I updated the MacOS homebrew pspp tap https://github.com/fredowski/homebrew-pspp
and the MacOS stable bundle: https://www.hs-augsburg.de/homes/beckmanf/pspp/
MacOS builds also use the 0.10 spread-sheet-widget.
