[RFC PATCH v3 55/78] hw/display: add fallthrough pseudo-keyword

[Emmanouil Pitsidianakis]

In preparation of raising -Wimplicit-fallthrough to 5, replace all
fall-through comments with the fallthrough attribute pseudo-keyword.
