I'm able to reproduce it with finix111 on an x86_64 host too.
If I add "-nographic -serial stdio" I can see more (unhelpful) logs:
NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 40s! [kworker/u2:0:6]
NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 41s! [kdevtmpfs:9]
I'm going to search where is the problem.
