[Qemu-trivial] [PATCH 1.0 2/2] Fix some spelling bugs in documentation and comments

These errors were detected by codespell:

remaing -> remaining
soley -> solely
virutal -> virtual
seperate -> separate

libcacard.txt still needs some more patches.
