[Qexo-general] Kawa-1.7beta1 available

I've made a beta available that will hopefully be
close to Kawa 1.7.
Here is the source:

There are still some minor issues:  I need to test
that ant builds work; there are some make-related
cleanups needed when building with gcj; some more
minor patches or features will probably go in.
But I encorage you to try these out and let me know
how well they work for you.
