[rdiff-backup-users] Debian's librsync updated to 0.9.5.1

I was just told by John Goerzen, the debian librsync and rdiff-backup
maintainer, that he uploaded librsync 0.9.5.1 to debian.  I'm not sure
how debian people were handling this before, but v0.9.5 leaks tons of
memory, which usually makes rdiff-backup unusable.  So I'd imagine
that this 0.9.5.1 upgrade would be a good thing to install if you
haven't already.
