This seems to indicate some corruption in the destination directory.
rdiff-backup tries to back the file up, notices that it is gone in the
mirror directory, and raises an error (which keeps the status quo).  I
can't tell why it is missing to begin with.  Perhaps something besides
rdiff-backup deleted it?
