[rdiff-backup-users] excluding files via include list

Hello,

I am using rdiff-backup 0.12.7 with this include list is:
----
/home/
/home/user/
/home/user/**
/etc/
/etc/**
- *
----

and trying to back from remote system to local one:
$ ls
hostname/
$ rdiff-backup --include-filelist includelist address@hidden::/  hostname

But all dirs /bin /boot .. are getting backed up too. i dont want that! 
and i guess the last entry in my include list "- *" should help me do
that.

What am i missing or doing wrong?
