Hello.I'm currently running rdiff-backup 1.0.4 on all my servers and am in themiddle of upgrading to 1.0.5. I only have one OS X server, running 10.4, with which I'm having an issue. Everything builds and installs just fine, but the odd thing is that the version is being reported as 1.0.4 even though I've built 1.0.5. This happens even before it gets installed, ie. /rdiff-backup-1.0.5 root# ./build/scripts-2.3/rdiff-backup --version rdiff-backup 1.0.4I'm running Python 2.3 on this particular server. Anyone have any thoughts?
Try this: $ cat build/scripts-2.3/rdiff-backupYou'll notice there's basically nothing there. The real meat is in a bunch of Python modules that get installed to your site-packages directory. You have to be careful of your PYTHONPATH if you have more than one version on a machine.
