[rdiff-backup-users] Make rdiff-backup ignore binds

Hi,

Would there be a way (as an option or currently), to make rdiff-backup ignore 
mount "binds"?

I tried --exclude-other-filesystems but that had the effect of only allowing 
me to backup the root system and ignored others i specified in 
include=/home/otherfs/

Right now I have to rememeber to make an exclude rule for each bind, and it 
would be easier if you could just make it ignore them.
