[rdiff-backup-users] Permissions error when backing up?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the reply.... Your suggestion worked like a charm. It was in fact 
this issue where cygwin was not running as an admin user.

I've also subsequently tested the recent rdiffbackup's standalone exe which 
works on my vista too.

You guys are great. Thanks for the support and the great software.
