[rdiff-backup-users] odd issue with --include-globbing-filelist

Greetings. 

I've got a report of include-globbing-filelist not working as expected. 

The fedora bugreport is at:

Basically directories in the list with - are still being included in
the backup. ;( 

Is this a known issue? Can anyone duplicate or see where the usage
above is not correct?
