Hi guys,

In the FAQ, the solution to limit the bandwidth usage is to use an
external utility (cstream for example) :

 -remote-schema 'cstream -v 1 -t 10000 | ssh %s '\''rdiff-backup
--server'\'' | cstream -t 20000'
  'address@hidden::/mnt/backup' localbakdir


I cannot find an equivalent for Windows, someone knows one?
