On Tuesday, November 14, 2006, we will be performing maintenance and upgrades
at our colocation facility.

We anticipate that this work will take no more than four hours to complete,
and will commence at 8pm on Tuesday. At the very worst case, this work should
be totally completed by 12:00 AM on Wednesday the 15th. We are hoping it will
be done by 10pm.

All times are Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5 hours)
