Hi,

I reinstalled rsync:
  aptitude reinstall rsync

It was causing segfaults:
$ rsync --timeout 120 --compress --archive --delete --exclude '#cvs\.*' 
--exclude /CVSROOT --omit-dir-times rsync://rsync.proulx.com/gawk/ 
/sources/gawk/
Segmentation fault

Did fsck find anything wrong last night?
