By the way, can anyone figure out how to get rid of the spurious bold at
the beginning of the "consistent licensing" and "No proprietary
dependencies: your project" list items on
https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly

I tried and failed.  A blank line gets rid of the second but not the
first (and starts a new paragraph, which isn't really what we want).
Changing the sublist to start with - instead of * didn't help, according
to the preview.
