FYI, I first installed the git-post-receive-hook and git-cia
scripts into /usr/local/bin and adjusted hook symlinks to point
there instead of into /srv/git/hooks.

Then I noticed that gnuherds-app already had an update hook pointing at git-cia.
So I suppose someone had already done it.
