Hi,

AFAICT, it's not currently possible to fetch source code from Savannah Bazaar
repositories securely unless you have sftp access, which is only available to
members of a given project (and only when they have access to their SSH key).

This could be easily solved by enabling https in bzr.savannah.gnu.org.  The
recommended code fetch instructions in /bzr/group?=foo could be adjusted as
well.
