it shows a "User dtm is a known mail alias and cannot be
used. If you own this alias (address@hidden) please create a
another user (for instance xxdtm) and ask
address@hidden to rename it to dtm. "

It seems that someone have address@hidden account. So the dtm
account on savannah is reserved to him.

Please, choose an another login name.

Could you please include the exact error message you get
when you try to register the dtm user ?
