list= diables incremental dumps

Hi,

the option list= seems to disable incremental dumps. For example, on my
system, the command

    star -list=/tmp/list -cM -sparse -acl -link-dirs -level=0 \
    -wtardumps f=/tmp/0.tar -C /hda4 .

gives just

    star: 1 blocks + 0 bytes (total of 10240 bytes = 10.00k).

But when I leave away the option list=, it gives

    Type of this level 0 dump: full
    Date of this level 0 dump: Wed Sep 15 02:16:35 2004
    Date of last level 0 dump: the epoch
    star: 1818 blocks + 0 bytes (total of 18616320 bytes = 18180.00k).
    Dump record  level 0 dump: Wed Sep 15 02:16:35 2004 written

Could this be added to the documentation?
