Hi again, I have found this thread: http://old.nabble.com/Hardstatus-and-UTF-8-NFD-td27624268.html I've tested the patch but it doesn't work. And this: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/screen-users/2009-10/msg00016.html And I have the same problem, with "LC_CTYPE=C screen" works but it fails in the terminal. :-( It's very annoying and frustrating. Specially when before this worked to me but I don't find the configuration that have been changed. -------- Mensaje original --------
Hi, I'm using screen v4.0.3 compiled by me in a Ubuntu Natty 64bits. But screen displays the latin and special chars incorrectly. See this screenshot: http://i.stack.imgur.com/8icXQ.png It's a capture inside of screen, you can see the locale and that the special chars in screen are showed well but no in hardstatus (in window title) and caption (lastline). What's the problem? This worked to me before but I have to reinstall my SO and now it doesn't work. Thanks in advanced. Regards. |
