You might be able to get away with "sks build /dev/null". try
"sks build ~/.gnupg/pubring.gpg ; sks cleandb ; sks pbuild -cache 200"
that should get you a working keyserver with just your keys. after that,
you can "sks merge /path/to/keydump.pgp".

GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
