Could it be a packet parsing bug in SKS?  The index display at
http://pgpkeys.telering.at/pks/lookup?search=0x455705C3&op=index is
clearly mangled, but retrieving the key via
http://pgpkeys.telering.at/pks/lookup?search=0x455705C3&op=get gives a
perfectly valid key.
