[Sks-devel] TLA/Arch archive is now up

I've just set up a tla/arch archive for SKS, if anyone wants to take a
look.  I'll probably keep CVS up to date for a bit longer, but I will
abandon it soon.

Here's a tutorial on arch and a link to the arch Wiki.

Tell me if you have any trouble getting access to it.  Note that
browsing the archive with a web browser will be failry unenlightening. 
You really need tla to get it out in an effective way.
