[Sks-devel] SKS Standalone issues

Hi,

I finally got SKS running on a Solaris 8 machine. I want it to run
standalone, just for our corporate intranet,
and came across some difficulties.

I started SKS with the following command: sks -stdoutlog -dontgossip
-disable_mailsync db
Soon it would printout:
<mail transmit keys> error in callback.: Failure("No partners
specified")

and, yes, I've read
http://documentation.penguin.de/cgi-bin/twiki/view/SKSKeyserver/MailTran
smitKeys
and the short discussion in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/sks-devel/2004-09/msg00007.html

As long as I specify an email-address in my mailsync file this nasty
errormessages don't show up,
but I don't want SKS to mail anything out, so what is the use of the
-disable_mailsync option ?

I sure could add a dummy email-address just to suppress these messages,
but that wouldn't be a clean way me thinks.

Greetings Axel
