0xD6ADB522, as currently stored on the SKS servers, has a 352069 byte
(344kB) photo ID, a 1536x2048 bit color JPEG, with a good selfsig.
There are at least a few other keys with large photo IDs, but this
seems to be the biggest ATM. The key is only 1155B (1kB) without the
photo.
(NB: If you hit timeouts downloading it from SKS, it is also available
from onak: the.earth.li:11371.)
