80.38.105.36 is using GPG abusively, repeating the same requests up to
50+ times. This has resulted in ~9000 queries to keyserver.kjsl.com
already today and the hits are still coming. A small number of requests
were to wwwkeys.us.pgp.net and subkeys.pgp.net, so these may be next.
(For SKS, set the debug level to 5 to log HKP requests.)
If you also see this abuse, report it to address@hidden (as I
am hereby doing).
