[Sks-devel] SKS dump

Hi,

Here is. as requested, the SKS dump-script which is working fine on
Debian systems. I like the idea of a compiled list with every host which
provides dumps on a regular base.

Let me be very clear on that dump server issue. Im the admin of 2 sks
key-servers right now and i want to thank Peter Pramberger personally
for the dump he provided to get me started.

I will provide dumps for everybody as long as possible because i dont
have a traffic limitation and want to help this project even if im
the only one who provides dumps on this planet.
