Yes, use pgpring from Mutt.  Verify the signature:

  ftp://ftp.mutt.org/mutt/devel/mutt-1.5.21.tar.gz.asc
  SHA256 (mutt-1.5.21.tar.gz.asc) =

before building it, of course.
