Greetings,

On behalf of The Ecks Group, I am seeking peers for a new SKS
keyserver installation.

We are a small but diverse organization that promotes the use and
development of technology. Our latest project concerns privacy and
personal security matters, and associated tools and resources. We
believe that an additional Canadian keyserver would be of great asset,
and we are pleased to be able to offer our services.

We are running SKS version 1.1.4 on server sks.ecks.ca. The server is
physically located in Montreal, Canada, and has IPv4 and IPv6
connectivity. It as been loaded with a keydump from keys.niif.hu dated
2013-01-21 02:54 comprising 3198519 keys.
