[Sks-devel] What is "keyserver.ut.memphi.ru"

Hello.

I suddenly found server with name "keyserver.ut.memphi.ru" in list of
servers that are not in the pool.  My server is "keyserver.ut.mephi.ru"
(it can be found in list of servers _in_ the pool). I don't know what is
"keyserver.ut.meMphi.ru" and I think that this's somebody's mistake (my
or somebody else). So, I think it should be removed from the servers'
list. :)
