[Sks-devel] Great increase in new keys and updated keys on August, 2016, 13 and 16

Hello,

The stats of my sks server (1.1.5) shows a great increase in new keys
and updated keys on August, 2016, 13 and 16 :

Is my server the only one with these figures ?

Any explanation available for this unusual behavior ?
